What I collect
If you join the list: your email address, and your Instagram handle if you give it.
On every visit: your IP address, your approximate location (city and region), browser and device information, and which link or code brought you here. I set two first-party cookies, esrc and evid, so that if you sign up later, I can credit the place you first came from.
The page also uses Meta’s pixel, which tells Meta that you visited and whether you joined, so I can measure ads.
Why
To send you the music first, to run the shirt giveaway, and to understand which posts and places bring people here.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell it. I don’t share it with anyone beyond the Meta pixel above and the services that run this site and send the email. And I won’t send you anything other than Entropy updates.
Leaving
Reply “stop” to any email, or email kfisher@theentropyband.com, and you’re removed.
Giveaway
Free to enter. No purchase necessary. Open to US residents 18 and older. Winners are picked at random from the list and notified by email. Not sponsored by or affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
Children
This site isn’t directed to anyone under 13.
